What’s Growing at EdenGreen This Spring: New Blends, Local Partnerships & Our Vision for the Future

As spring settles in and new life blooms all around us, we’re reflecting on the growth—both literal and figurative—happening here at EdenGreen. From the tiniest seeds sprouting in our trays to exciting collaborations with local chefs, we’re more inspired than ever to keep nurturing health, flavor, and community through our microgreens.

🌱 Why We Started EdenGreen

EdenGreen began with a simple goal: to provide our community with truly fresh, nutrient-packed food that’s grown with care and integrity. In a world of shipped-from-afar produce and hard-to-pronounce ingredients, we wanted to offer something different—something you could feel good feeding your family.

Our microgreens are grown locally, harvested by hand, and delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest. That freshness makes all the difference—not just in taste, but in shelf life and nutritional density. We believe healthy food shouldn’t have to travel hundreds of miles to reach your plate.

👨🍳 On the Menu at Anthony’s Riverstone!

One of the most exciting updates this spring is seeing our microgreens featured on the menu at Anthony’s at Riverstone in Coeur d’Alene! Their chefs are showcasing our greens on stunning dishes, elevating flavor and presentation with the vibrant colors and textures that only fresh microgreens can bring.

We love working with local restaurants and are always happy to collaborate with chefs who want to customize blends to fit their culinary vision. If you’re dining at Anthony’s, keep an eye out—you just might spot EdenGreen on your plate!

🌿 New Microgreens Blends—Now Available!

We’ve been experimenting with flavor, texture, and nutrition to bring you a fresh line-up of curated microgreens blends. These were designed with versatility in mind, whether you’re topping a salad, blending a smoothie, or garnishing a dish.

To celebrate, we’re launching a Monthly Featured Blend—a new mix each month to try something new and delicious.

🌟 May’s Featured Blend: Chef’s Blend

Originally developed for a restaurant client, the Chef’s Blend is now available to everyone! This beautiful mix of Rambo Radish, Broccoli, and Beet microgreens is full of antioxidants, bold in flavor, and stunning in presentation. Think peppery spice, earthy richness, and a splash of vibrant color.

We’re now taking pre-orders for May, and we’d love for you to try it!

📦 Streamlining for Sustainability

As we continue to grow, we’re making a few updates behind the scenes to help EdenGreen run smoothly while staying true to our values.

Product Updates:

  • Our XL Ultimate Sampler is now $22.99
  • Cilantro, Broccoli, and Beets have modest price increases to reflect rising seed and supply costs

Packaging Changes:

Some containers may look a little different in the coming weeks—but don’t worry, the sizes and quantities remain the same!

We raise prices only when absolutely necessary and with thoughtful consideration. These updates help us remain a sustainable, family-run farm, dedicated to bringing you the highest quality product possible.

💚 From Our Family to Yours—Thank You

To our clients: your support means the world to us. Whether you order weekly, monthly, or just once in a while, you are the reason we do this. Your enthusiasm, encouragement, and love for locally-grown food keeps our little farm thriving. We are proud to be your microgreens grower—and we’re here for the long haul.

We believe in growing more than food—we’re growing relationships, community, and a healthier future, one tray at a time.
